Haven't recieved code for 7.1 surround sound?

Hello! I bought some new headphones (Kraken V3 X, my partner got them on his Argos account as a gift, I registered the product to my account but still haven't received an email for the code? I checked my spam and the headset is in my registered products. What can I do next? Thank you!
