Having a lot of problems with my Razer Blade | Razer Insider

Hello! I'm having a number of issues with my month-old Blade.



1. It takes several attempts to connect to WiFi. Pressing "connect" first seems to crash the WiFi driver, because all WiFi networks disappear, and WiFi becomes impossible to turn back on. After a few seconds, the WiFi driver comes back, and says "Cannot connect to this network". I have to do this 3-4 times before the Blade connects. I have not had this issue with any other devices on this WiFi network.



2. When used with Skype or Skype for Business, the Razer camera stops working (image is frozen, camera LED still on) about 5-10 seconds after I turn it on. The camera needs to be shut off and on again before it works for another 15 seconds or so, and then the image freezes again. I do remote development and play a bit of DND online, having a decent laptop camera is important for me.



3. I was browsing the web, didn't have anything but Chrome open with 15 or so tabs, and suddenly, the computer stops responding. I cannot move the mouse, I cannot CTRL+ALT+DEL, no inputs have any bearing on the machine. I had to hold the power button for 5 seconds before it shut down and I restarted it. This has since happened another 2 times.



4. When you close the laptop lid (sending the laptop to sleep mode) and then open it up again (waking up), the audio jack is no longer recognized. I can plug things in, but sound is still sent to the system speakers and not the audio jack. Restarting the Windows audio driver has no effect on this.



That is a hecker of a lot of problems for a three thousand dollar premium laptop, especially one I use for work as well as gaming. Was I sold a lemon, or are they all like this?
