Hey guys. I need to post it on Razor Insider Forum since I haven't got any response from Razer Support. I understand that Support Team is always busy and trying to help the customers, but I want to have feedback as soon as possible.
I have purchased Razer BlackWidow Lite through Razer.com on December 6th, 2019, and the product was delivered on December 17th, 2019. So, it is about 6-7days I've been using my new keyboard. However, I noticed that LED lights on CAPS and A keys have discolored. Those LED lights do not match to other keys. CAPS key is like bluish and A key is also turning yellowish.
How may I get a support such as repair or replacement? I have everything, but the Razer box. (I thought I wouldn't need it anyway) Please, help me.. It's my very first mechanical keyboard, and I'm so disappointed about the situation.
