Having esc key issues with my new Cynosia v2

I recently bought a cynosia v2 from my local BestBuy. After about 2 days of very light use my keyboard esc key became unresponsive. I attempted to bind esc to the F1 key and that didn't work. Resetting the keyboard also didn't help. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and/or knows a fix. Thanks in advance.

I had the same issue. ESC keys stopped working after a couple of days. Then it randomly started working again but other keys stopped working. Now half of the numeric pad and the media keys are not working.
