having issue with my Razer wolverine v3 tournament controller

My controller is having issues with the usb-c plugin and it’s covered for another month. But I no longer have the box it came in and the information on the back of the controller has been scratched off I presume from wear and tear. How do I go about contacting customer service without the serial number? I do have proof of purchase though.

Were you able to register the device to your Razer account? To initiate a case and request a replacement, we need the device's serial number and proof of purchase. Please note that the Razer Warranty Policy – exclusions and limitations does not cover situations where the serial number is obliterated or no longer readable. 

If you need further assistance, please send me a PM with more details about the issue you're experiencing and the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. I will look for other solutions. Thank you!
