Having problem with detecting Razer Electra V2

Hello guys, I currently have a problem with my razer electra v2 headset and I don't know the reason why. I tried to install filmware updater but I need net framework 3.5 and I don't know how to install that. If I try to install it, it says there was a problem 0x80070424. I don't know what to do and I'm panicked. Could someone help me please?

    What is your computer's operating system version? Did you check for available Windows updates? Please run all available operating system updates and so it will automatically install the latest version of the Windows .NET Framework.
