having same problem with THX spatial audio app says code has already been redeemed

i only have 15 days since yesterday so 14 now, to have the thx spatial audio application to be working on my laptop for sound and it will quit letting me into the system because the original code i used has already been redeemed i bought the application months ago and have had no problems with it, until nvidia came out with a new driver and they wanted a code for it to function again, and it would only let me get the 15 day trial, every time i used the original code it said its already been redeemed plz fix this within the 14 days i have left
