So, I have been having this problem when trying to use the 7.1 Surround Sound app on Windows 10 for my Razer Kraken X USB headphones. When I went to install the 7.1 Surround Sound from the Razer website, I had to right-click and open the link in a new tab and then it installed. Otherwise, when I tried to click it, it would not work. So once I had installed it, I went to open the app, and it WOULDN'T EVEN LET ME RUN IT, so I right-clicked on the app for my computer and clicked run as administrator, typed in the password, and was able to open it up and enable surround sound. If I don't run as administrator every time I want to open up the app, it will not allow me to open it. Another thing that strikes me as odd is that the app does not come with a logo, I tried to put in the file so it would show the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound green logo, but it wouldn't allow this and it is just stuck as a blank white file logo. Also, it is strange, because, on my friend's computer, he has the same exact headphones but it will come up whenever he clicks on the app and it runs perfectly. I was wondering if somebody has had this same problem or if somebody can help me fix it.
