Hello! Just got my razor pro for xbox and when I pair it it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I checked if I needed an update for the firmware but it says it's all up to date. Anyone know a fix? Thnks

    Which platform are you having issues with the headset? Isolate this problem by following the steps on this page. If the issue persists, send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
