HDR Gaming Not Working

I'm trying to get my HDR working on my 2019 Razer Blade 15 w/ RTX 2080 w/ Max-Q. Intel i7. I try to turn on my HDR in the advanced settings but it has: Steam HDR Video: Yes Use HDR: No Use WCG: No Drivers and Windows are updated. Lowered FPS to 60 (240 and 60 only options). Dx Diag: HDR Supported: Unknown Monitor Capability: Unknown Advanced Color: No I feel like the Razer 15 w/ RTX 2080 should support HDR but not sure what else to do to try and get it working for gaming.
