The Razer Kaira for Xbox can connect to an Xbox console via Xbox Wireless directly, with no additional dongle required. To use it with a PC, you’ll need an Xbox Wireless adapter/dongle, which can be purchased directly from Microsoft or authorized retailers. Feel free to PM me if you need any further assistance.
