Hi Razer Support,

I recently purchased a new Razer BlackShark V2 X from a local retailer (TraDa Tech via TikTok Shop). However, when I tried to register the product to get the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, the system said it was "Already Activated" or didn't respond.

I have attached my proof of purchase and the Serial Number of the headset. Could you please verify and provide me with a new activation code?

I’m here to help! Please PM me with your headset serial number and screenshot showing the error so I can check. You can upload the file to Google Drive, and set it to “Anyone Who Has The Link”. Thanks!
