Headphone Adapter Issue....

So the Razer Adapter to use headphones that I got when I purchased my Razer 2 finally gave out. Now I only use the adapter to play music in my car as I have no other way to do so. I bought a new adapter that wasn't the Razer brand one and for some reason the audio is a lot lower with this Samsung one I bought, meaning I have to max my car stereo volume just to hear my music decently and I also noticed my Bass is almost non existent as well using this Samsung one.

Question is...do I have to use the Razer brand one to get full audio or is there something I missing to make it work better?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Phone 2 USB-C adapter here. The Razer Phone 2 has been tested using a USB-C adapter that came with the package. However, using a third-party accessory may or may not work. Unfortunately, the Razer Phone 2 accessory is not yet for sale in our RazerCare Store which is available in the US. When did you purchase the phone? Do you still have the faulty USB-C adapter? Feel free to send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
