My headset doesnt seem too work in my razer blade pro 2017 HTC 1060 I've gone into in sound settings and its saying headphones not plugged in when they are? Also I have no chroma on the left hand side of my keyboard volume wheel or trackpad. Any reasons too why this could be? Thank you
