hello. I bought headphones and I can't register them. It says they're already registered. Can you help me register them manually? S/n removed

Hey JeeGan123,

If you’re seeing a error that the headphones are already registered, it usually means the serial number is already linked to a different Razer ID.  I have verified that the Razer BlackShark V2 X serial number, is already registered to different account and claimed the 7.1 Surround Sound. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the existing registration from the previous owner or request a new activation code for this unit. 

Please try to reached out to the reseller to request for a refund. You can check the authorized dealer here: https://www.razer.com/store-finder to ensure your device is genuine Razer product. It's important to note that products bought from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
