Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some help, I accidently tripped a bit on my wire for my razor kraken headphones and unfortunately the wire has come out the little black box that controls the sound volume and was hoping that someone might know where I can get them repaired as I've not had them that long, the warrenty might have gone though, I'm unsure where my receipt is. I live in the UK and I am finding it hard to find somewhere using google. Many thanks Samantha

    Sorry for the mishap. However, any damages that happen to a Raze device due to misuse or mishandling are not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Also, Razer only repairs laptops and phones. Please contact your reseller if they can provide options for your headset. I’ll be locking this thread now.
