My headphones are in but my mic isn’t working how do I fix this on pc

Hello freshHoneydewfocus351,

I understand you’re experiencing a headset mic issue on PC where audio playback works but mic input does not work.  Which Razer headset model are you using? Are you connecting it via 3.5 mm jack, USB, or Bluetooth? Is the mic not working in all apps like Discord, games, browser or just one specific app?

To isolate the issue, please make sure your Razer headset mic is set as the default input device in Windows sound settings and check that the app you’re using has permission to access your microphone in Windows privacy settings. You can also follow the steps in this article for more detailed mic troubleshooting. If the same issue persists, send me a PM  with the device serial number and tell me the result of the steps you tried so I can check for other workaround.
