Headphones aren't recognized by Windows when plugged into my Keyboard/Vice Versa | Razer Insider

Honestly, this issue feels so weird since it's so circumstantial but I'll try my best to explain

I have a BlackWidow Elite Keyboard and the Razer Kraken Kitties USB (I want no judgment...)

When I first got everything, it worked smoothly. No trouble at all. But I made a hiccup and had to reset my PC and since then, things have been on the fritz with these two.

I would usually have my Krakens plugged into the USB port on the left and my keyboard plugged in with the USB and jack and it all worked fine, but now it only recognizes one or the other.

The keyboard has two male USBs, one by itself and one I'm assuming is paired with the audio jack. Keeping the jack plugged in, if I put one USB in, only the headset is recognized and perfectly functional but the keyboard goes completely dead (not recognized, no lights, no function), and if I plug in the other USB, the keyboard turns on but the headphones go completely powerless instead.

I've tried just ditching the USB port on the keyboard and plugging the headset somewhere else but it makes a really strange sound when I do so. It's like a crackling, popping noise. Audio does come through, but the louder the audio, the more cracking, and popping (I don't think it's the subtle audio peaking as that happened before I had all these issues but it's almost like an eerie popping and crackling sound.) Both items will work, but the headset will bug out like that.

I'm on Windows 11, Synapse is updated to the most recent update as of now, and I'm on a 64-bit operating system

Thank you for your help and time!
Did you check in the device manager for driver errors? You can try the steps here for further isolation and PM me the serial number if you're still experiencing the same issue so I can validate the model and look for other steps to help you address the problem.
