So i was using kraken v3 x headphones for 3 months with software issues, and yasterday thin plastic got cracked, can i get warranty for this? I tried to fix it with glue but plastic is so thin that it cant be glued

+1I don’t think, that warranty will work with mechanical damage, especially, when you’ve glued them.
I have a crack forming in the exact same place. I have had mine for barely 6 months and now because of this im starting to think my head is to big or smth.
I think its happening with most of the Razer Kraken V3 X.
Mine is about 7 months since I bought and I got a crack at the exact same position.
My headphones also cracked from the same place, and I purchased these about 6-7 months ago, my whole mood was ruined
