Hello All,

I have a pair of Razer Opus X which snapped on the side recently as I took them off my head. I purchased them in January of this year from the Razer store on amazon, so I wanted to see if I could get them repaired or replaced. However:

1. I cannot find where the heck I would even go about making any such claim on the razer website
2. Razer tells me that these are no longer covered by the limited warranty, even though the warranty is supposed to be 2 years long, and I purchased this from an official Razer dealer.

Could someone explain this to me or help me out?
