My HeadPhones Electra V2 just stoped working i have put in other pc and still the same problem my sound are always on 0 when i start and when i change the volume it go to 100% i have try download the firmware again and dont work some help?

I have the same issue! No sound at all, Tried absolutely everything and still nothing changed! Razer just sells products that does not work! 80 euros into garbage! And its not only headset but also mouse (another 80 euros into garbage)! 2 products stopped working within first 3 months, 160 euros into garbage! Never gonna buy another razer product because they stops working after couple of months! Even 10 euro cheap ass china product works longer than any of these overpriced scammer products! I do not recommend ever to buy a single razer product since they cant make a properly working one! Have seen thousands of people complaining how bad and how fast their products break down!
