Hello guys, I've just bought a RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 set. I play apex legends and I just can't seem to make it work properly, everything is too loud, opening boxes, gun shots are crazy loud but I can't hear any footsteps, it just happens to have enemies behind me shooting and I have no idea where they're shooting from. My older headset is something cheap, like £30 and I can hear the footsteps very well, as well as the other sounds being well balanced. I have tried the equaliser, but with no success, gun shots do get better but still no luck with the footsteps, which make this headset practically worse than my cheap previous set. Can someone please help me out as I'm clearly doing something wrong.
