Headset already registered

Hi there! 

 

Today I received my Razer Blackshark V2 X 3.5mm audio jack version from AliExpress. Obviously I would like to register it but unfortunately the headset has already been registered before! Now I was asked to contact the support page, yet the support page tells me I have a product that is out of it's limited warrenty time(?).

 

Is there still a way to register this headset and use Synapse so I can make it work properly? The microphone is very quiet and I would like to tune it.
