Headset Audio Cutting Out – Still Under Warranty

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Razer headset, which is still under warranty.

During use, the headset frequently presents audio problems. The sound cuts in and out intermittently, and one side of the headset often stops working completely while I am using it. This happens regardless of the device I connect it to and makes it impossible to use the headset properly.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as checking the cables/connection, testing on different devices, and updating drivers/software, but the issue persists.

Since the product is still under warranty, I would like to request assistance, repair, or a replacement according to the warranty terms.
