Headset blackshark V2 PRO stopped work

Hi,

 

My headset Razer Blacksharp V2 PRO 2023 have stopped work and the connection between the dongle and the headset won't connect despite testing everything. When I turn on the headphones it says “Pairing”.

 

I tried to update the firmware but he didnt detect the headset.

Hello, try pressing the mode button twice as this is the button that changes the pairing mode between the Wireless and Bluetooth.
