I have a problem with my headset razer blackshark v2 pro
Every like 20 to 30 minutes, its turning off randomly since two days ago
But the first time i used it and the other days it works but not anymore
Can someone help me pls

Hey, https://steelseries.com/gg Software from Steelseries headphones now works with Blacksharks better then Synapse. I'm using it since Razer made update in November and suck) So try it, there is 7.1 settings also. Fully delete Synapse and get GG SteelSeries
+12020 or 2023 version?
