So, here is the story I bought second hand razer blackshark v2 x headset(won at auction). today I got the package and it contained original box, headphone and a splitter, no instructions, no other papers. And my question is can I get activation code for 7.1 surround sound? Because previous owner from who knows what country doesn't have this product and has no use for that code.

    It depends. If the previous owner already registered the device using his Razer ID, you won't be able to get an activation code. Do send me the serial number of your headset so I can check, and if possible, get you an activation code. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
