Headset Kitty keeps Disconnecting | Razer Insider

Hello everybody,



My headset keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, and sometimes it also crashes all my razer periphericals for a few seconds, I could see that this is a frequent issue with the kitty headset, i've already did all the instructions as reinstall Synapse and also de audio driver, nothing changed. I also got back in the store and changed the headset for another one, a brand new one... same issues.



I really like this headset, is there anything else I could do ?
I posted something a little bit ago you could try it. I disabled all lighting effects on my razer kraken kitty editions and then it started working functionally but you cant use the RGB obviously which i would say is the main selling point for the kraken kitty editions. But I would give it a shot make sure no lighting effects are on the headset at all which includes the streamer companion app, audio visualizer, Razer Studio and Razer Connect and if that does not work you might as well just turn all of those back on. But that is the only way i was able to get it to work again I hope it works for you as well.

no problem it has to be a problem with there software hopefully it gets fixed soon 🙂

Really hope so, I have this headset for like 1 year and i've been having issues like this since ever. 😕
