Dear all, good morning!Razer has decided to discontinue Synapse 2.0, the only software that supports the Kraken v2 (as far as I know).I'm having to migrate to the new Synapse, but it doesn't recognize the device, meaning the quality is quite poor.Usually, when my software is closed, the sound isn't balanced, I hear random hissing, etc.What about support for those (like me) who own this device?
