Headset microphone not connecting/working
I recently bought a Razer cracking headset and the audio for the headset works just fine, just a microphone is not connecting, can anyone help me?

OgreOdorlinkhead930You can follow the troubleshooting steps here. If your headset is Synapse enabled, make sure the application is updated. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate its model and look for other workarounds to address the issue. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
