Headset Not Appearing in Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Software

Hello,

In Windows sound settings, my Razer headset appears correctly as Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound) and works fine.
However, in the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software, my headset does not appear in the output device list. Instead, I only see Realtek(R) Audio (Speakers) and Realtek(R) Audio (Headphones).

 

It seems like the 7.1 Surround Sound software is not detecting the Razer headset, even though Windows does. Could you please advise how to fix this so my Razer headset appears correctly in the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software?
 

My headset is Razer BlackShark V2 X (3.5mm).

Hello ​@SnakeCobraGame,

It is expected to show as Realtek(R) Audio (Speakers) in the 7.1 Surround Sound app since you have an analog headset connected to the 3.5mm port of your computer as illustrated at the bottom of this link when you set 7.1 Surround Sound as default playback device. Just send me a PM if you have any other concerns?
