I have the raizer kairo pro for the series x and my mic is always picking up something, I have my sensitivity via the app set to -5 everything and even when I unplug the mic from the headphones it still picks up something. Please help.

When did the issue start? When does it occur (e.g., calling someone, playing games, etc.)? On a scale of 0 to 10, how sensitive do you think your mic is currently? Does it show the same behavior on a different computer? Please try the troubleshooting steps in this article.
