Headset Popping and Disconnecting

I got my Razer Kraken Pink Kitty Edition on Amazon in October of 2021. Recently, over the past few weeks, it has been randomly disconnecting and popping, causing whatever I'm doing to randomly freeze up for a couple seconds. This has caused a lot of issues when I'm playing video games or talking to others online. I've tried reinstalling Synapse several times whenever the issue arises and it fixes it for a short period of time, but I can't always quickly reinstall it when I'm playing games or talking to people. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? I've considered just getting a new headset of the same model, since this one was one of the "renewed" ones and possibly secondhand, but I just wanted to see if it could be fixed before I drop 100 bucks on a new headset.

    Try connecting the headset to another USB port or computer and see if the issue persists. Ensure your computer has the latest Windows OS updates. If applicable, try running the Intel Drivers and Support Assistant and see if it offers the latest hardware drivers for your system.
