I have had this headset for almost a year now. When I originally got it I was unable to set up Razer as it kept crashing my computer. Now on this new computer when I plug in my headset it does not seem to connect to the app. What should I do?
What headset do you have exactly?

Then restart your PC, after restart install Synapse again (as administrator).

Be sure, that your OS have the newest updates installed, also the .NET 4.8

Check if the Synapse application is up to date and follow the steps here to repair it. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can check its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the issue.
