Hi, i need help ASAP. I bought this headset recently and i've been trying to make it work for days with no result; the lights, sound and mic seem to be completely turned off and i can't find a way to make this purchase worth it. I'm so sad and frustrated about it, it was so expensive, i just want it to work. I already tried to update the drivers, looked up for failures in my pc and everything! If someone could tell me how to proceed i'd be so happy :(

Can you test the headset on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
