Headset shuts off when i load a game

This issue is driving me insane. My headset is fully powered/connected and its fine until i load up a game. Once im in game the audio shuts off. When i hold the power button it says ' Power On' has audio for 2-3 seconds then shuts off again. I dont know how to fix this :(.

    I think i fixed it in case someone else has an issue. Have to go into volume mixer in windows 11 and make sure your output device for steam is not in ‘default’ but instead uses your headset. Seems to be working now.
