Hello to all, First of all, I apologize for my English. I bought today a Razer Kraken X headset and I have a problem. When I record my voice with the microphone, it also records the sound in my headset. It's annoying because I can't stream with the headset sound loud for example. Could you please help me? Thanks a lot

    Hello there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Have you tried connecting the headset to a different computer and check if the issue persists? Make sure that you are connected to a USB port, not on a USB hub. Also, ensure that the microphone is fully extended when in use. If the mic is in the stored position, it will pick up sounds from the earcup.
