headset verbindet sich nicht mit dongle

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed Headset. Mein Headset blinkt im Pairing-Modus blau, der Razer Hyperspeed Dongle wird von meinem PC erkannt, aber die beiden verbinden sich nicht miteinander.

 

Ich habe schon folgendes ausprobiert:

 

  • Verschiedene USB-Ports am PC getestet (direkt am Mainboard, kein Hub)
  • Headset mehrfach neu gestartet
  • Pairing-Modus mehrmals aktiviert
  • PC neu gestartet

 

Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht oder Tipps, wie ich Headset und Dongle zum Verbinden bringe?
