Razer Kraken V3 X - Wired USB Gaming Headset - FRML Packaging 

I purchased this product on Amazon on 27 October 2024.
I have proof of purchase showing it is within the 2-year EU warranty period.
The system appears to be using an incorrect warranty date and telling me that is not under the warranty. Heahphone stopped working during the game, none of the USB ports recognize it again. i need help for repair or replacement under the warranty. Thanks.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue where within the 2‑year EU warranty period. Second, your headset suddenly stopped working during gameplay and is no longer being recognized by any USB port. Please let me know what are the troubleshooting steps you have already performed so we do not repeat the same steps and can proceed further.

Also, could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.
 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
