I ordered a 2019 blade 15 rtf 2060 with i7 9th gen on Monday, paid for the fast shipping. It was being shipped via Fedex. I was tracking my order yesterday and was planed to be received Thursday. I woke up Wednesday morning and received an alert telling me that the shipment is being help up at the last check in location due to not receiving paper work proving place it was manifested or manufactured. So now my item is being delayed. Question to you all is , has anyone felt with this issue before. Im not used to this kinda customer service that they have no one to directly to speak to over the phone and I can only have an online chat with , which they couldn't provide any more information.
