yesterday I got my razer kraken x lite headset , and I got the 7.1 surrounding sound code but it doesn't work. I dont know what to do anymore , I tried to contact someone , they do not answer and I want a solution for this as soon as possible

    The code is supposed to be on a card that says: "Unlock your headset's Full Potential Now". You have to scratch a gray cover in the card to see the code

      There is no card inside...only ticket for users.
