I have an uncommun problem or i really dont know if its a problem or i just do something wrong but i use an gaming headset named Gaming RAZER Kraken Black 2019 stereo 3.5mm black; and i use the jack the 3.5mm idk how and why but when i got to my microphone in sounds it shows me to download it but i hear any video or youtube also the tutorials on youtube dident help.Help me if you had the same problem.
