Current button assignments:
Mouse Button 4 → Ctrl + V
Mouse Button 5 → Enter
After using these buttons repeatedly, the Ctrl key occasionally becomes stuck, as if the Ctrl Up event is not being sent. Windows behaves as though the Ctrl key is still being held down.
What I have observed:
The problem does not occur immediately after resetting my mouse or recreating the Synapse profile.
After using the mouse for several hours or a day, the issue gradually becomes more frequent.
Pressing Mouse Button 4 and Mouse Button 5 again usually clears the stuck Ctrl state.
I have already:
Set the macro playback to Play Once.
Adjusted macro delays (20 ms to 100 ms).
Recreated the macro.
Reset the mouse/profile in Synapse.
My questions:
Is this a known issue with Razer Synapse or the Razer Cobra?
Has anyone experienced modifier keys (Ctrl, Shift, Alt) getting stuck after repeated macro usage?
Is there a firmware update or workaround that permanently fixes this issue?
System Information:
Mouse: Razer Cobra (Wired)
Software: Razer Synapse (latest version)
