Hello, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset.

Hello,

I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset.
When I try to register it, it says:

"This product has already been registered."

There was no 7.1 Surround Sound activation code in the box.
Can you please help me get the activation code?

My serial number is: Removed serial number

I have checked and verified that the headset's serial number is already linked to another account and has claimed the activation code. I suggest that you reach out to the reseller to request a refund. If you need further assistance, please PM me with your proof of purchase to verify whether they are Razer's authorized resellers.
