Hello I have a problem with my "Razer Nari Ultimate Headset"!

For first i would like to say my english is not the best so don't judge me ^^. I have the problem that my Razer Nari Ultimate is making crackling sounds i tried to uninstall and reinstall the razer synapse 3 and deleted the folder from razer. When the synapse was uninstalled the headset worked normally but when i reinstalled the synapse then it started to make crackling sounds again...... Without the razer synapse 3 i was not able to deactivate the bass boost etc. that's why i reinstalled it. I haven't found an other solution for my problem. Can you help me with that problem?     You can find the serial number of your Razer Nari on the box that came with it. You can also find it under the left ear-cup. You can send a PM by clicking on my profile picture and select Start a Conversation.
