Cutting to the chase my gf recently got her headset and for one the audio quality was horrendous, aside from that when it auto turns off it disconnects from the synapse, atop that if she repeatedly turns off and on her headset it may come back but it shows it has no battery. Furthermore when she finally gets it to read properly and can adjust the mic and sound settings the moment it auto shuts off it happens again.I have no clue if its her pc or synapse or what  but if anyone has a solution or fix it would be much obliged.
