hi. I perchused the headphones not even a couple days ago and tried connecting them via blue tooth to my PC. im new to the gaming hardwear area, and asked my husband if he could fix it sadly to no avail. my settings seem correct from what i can tell, but ive just been watching youtube videos on it so im not sure how credible that is. The audio seems to be very glitchy no matter what device i try and connect it to. i no longer have the box for the number and im at a loss. could someone pls try and help me out i was really hoping these would work its such a cute desighn and i love the rest of the collection so far no problems with LITTERALLY any other device from this collection except the heaad set. thank you for taking the time to read this i really appreciate your time                       --Kiwwi

Hi @SphinxKiwwi,

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you pair your headset again to your computer by following the steps below? Please also send me a PM with the serial number which you can view on the outside of the ear cup so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.

  1. Start with the headset powered off. Ensure there is enough battery power.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for about 5 seconds until the indicator light next to it blinks blue (you will hear two audible cues: first “Power On” then second “Pairing”).

Razer Kraken Kitty V2 BT is now in Bluetooth pairing mode.

  3. Navigate to your device’s Bluetooth settings to scan, pair, and connect to Razer Kraken Kitty V2 BT wirelessly.

Note: You will hear an audible cue “Bluetooth Connected” and the status indicator will briefly change to static blue to confirm that your headset and device are connected.
