hello man i have issue with mamba te edition and firefly v2 hard edition

so my girl bought me a week ago the razer firefly v2 edition and i have a mamba te edition and its 2 years old now. so the problem is that my mouse doesn´t work with the mauspad. it buggs. i tried resetting it reinstalling the razer synapse unplugging restarting pc everything i tried. http://prntscr.com/u907nn http://prntscr.com/u907zo http://prntscr.com/u908d4
