Hello Razer Support,

I own a Razer Viper Ultimate wireless gaming mouse, but unfortunately, the USB wireless receiver (dongle) has stopped working.

I would like to know if it is possible to purchase a replacement receiver and how much it would cost.

Could you please help me find a compatible replacement at a reasonable price?
