Hi, I am not able to get any reply on my RMA ticket and it seems it is no longer being worked on. Is that normal for Razer Support? *Removed RMA number from public view.

Upon initial investigation, I found that the team handling the case offered you a replacement laptop. With that said, please send me your ticket or RMA number so get into the thick of it. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
